Khristyn "KD" Parra is a visual artist who lives and works in Austin, Tx. She received her BFA in Studio Art in Photography at University of North Texas in 2013. Shortly after, she furthered her education by receiving her teaching certificate and has been in the classroom for the last 6 years.
Her work is centered around memory; past and lost, hers and found, and the emotional response attached to a photograph.
She currently teaches Art 1-3, AP Art and Design and AP Drawing.
